Scratch-Off Card Official Rules & Regulations

  1. Eligibility: The promotion is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Tickled Pinque Cosmetics are not eligible to participate. Eligible orders will receive ONE (1) scratch-off card to be redeemed by recipient only.

  2. Entry Period: Qualifying orders placed between March 10, 2024-March 18, 2024 will receive ONE (1) scratch-off card per qualifying order.

  3. How to Enter: Participants must place an minimum $50 USD order of regular priced items (not including Scoops) at www.tickledpinque.com between March 10, 2024 - March 18, 2024 to receive ONE (1) scratch off card per qualifying $50 USD order (not including Scoops purchases). 

  4. Exclusions: Scoops purchases will NOT qualify for scratch-off promotions.

  5. Prize Redemption: Winning codes are valid for ONE (1) use only and are not to be shared or transferred. Winners must enter scratch-off code at checkout to redeem prize. Codes are only valid at www.tickledpinque.com. Codes are not valid on Scoops and/or Limited Edition Collections. Prizes must be claimed before the end of the redemption period. Redemption period ends April 30, 2024 11:59 PM Eastern.

  6. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Recipients may not share code in any manner. Photos and videos of the prize codes are prohibited. Failure to follow rules and restrictions will result in immediate disqualification from promotion. Prizes have no cash value. Codes are not valid on Scoops and/or Limited Edition Collections.

  7. Odds of Winning: All participants will receive ONE winning prize per scratch-off card. Scratch off prizes include One Hundred 10% off coupons, One Hundred 20% off coupons, One Hundred $10 Gift Cards, One Hundred $25 Gift Cards, and ONE Grand Prize $500 Gift Card. All prizes are valid for ONE TIME USE and may only be redeemed at www.tickledpinque.com during redemption period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible orders placed during promotional period.  

  8. Verification of Winners: All winners are subject to verification by Tickled Pinque Cosmetics. Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

  9. Release of Liability: By participating, participants release Tickled Pinque Cosmetics, LLC., its affiliates, and their respective owner, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participating in the promotion or claiming the prize.

  10. Disqualification: Tickled Pinque Cosmetics reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or acts in a manner deemed to be unfair or disruptive to the promotion.

  11. Changes to Rules: Tickled Pinque Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in whole or in part for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Tickled Pinque Cosmetics's control.

  12. Governing Law: The promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  13. General:  No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all taxes on prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and the Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the promotion; or, (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion. Entrants acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to any prize. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
